Where are those helpful woodland creatures when you need them?

Getting dressed feels like a workout in itself these days. 

Reduced arm and back strength makes yoga tops and bras especially challenging. Weakness in back and pelvis makes stepping into pants difficult. 

What helps
I have found that trying to maintain range of motion with arms and shoulders helps: 
  • stretching often (reaching overhead)
  • the yoga pose called Gomukhasana
  • sitting down to put on pants and shoes

  2. Love the title of this post, but so sorry to know these everyday tasks have become a burden. It sucks to pour effort into something that *should* be automatic.
