These are the mutterings and jottings of a woman newly diagnosed with Immune-Mediated Necrotizing Myopathy (anti-SRP type). 

Because there is so little info out there at all — let alone from the perspective of the patient — I feel it's important to share my experience and the things I'm learning  . . . to hopefully give others like me a bit of a leg up in the battle against this disease.
