| Squint your eyes and imagine that styrofoam container is an elegant white bowl, and we're getting much closer to a lovely dining experience. |
The aide who brought in breakfast giggled when I got so excited about oatmeal (but with cottage cheese and banana! and liberally sprinkled with raw mixed nuts from home!) Things are looking up.
Of course - because that's like a real breakfast! I have oatmeal and strawberries, like, every morning... I will for a while anyway, until I'm onto the next kick. (It was unsweetened almond butter and sliced banana on groovy multi-grain toast for months...) xoxo
