Like ADHD on steroids

During my first experience with steroids in 2020, I “insomnia-shopped” online and purchased English ivy. (Hey, it was only $15! It arrived healthy & raring to go, as evidenced by this photo of it growing all around the window.)* 

Exactly like. 

That old expression “. . . on steroids” is kind of hilariously brought to life when one is actually on steroids.

*Not that impulsivity is necessarily a characteristic of ADHD. But the tendency to move quickly without thinking things through is definitely not inhibited by prednisone.
